The first of May is always a turning point in the year.
As an educator it marks the home stretch of the school year. As a farmer it means things start heating up weather-wise and the plants really start to grow.
As we enter this “growing weather” things are moving fast out on the farm. Here’s a look at some of the crops that are beginning to take off.
